I enjoy reading, creative writing and watching movies. I love nature and spend as much time as I can outside with my dogs when the weather allows.

Clinical Orientation: Primary orientations are Person-Centered Therapy, Acceptance Commitment Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Other integrative approaches include Narrative Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
