I am a lifelong learner and enjoy reading on topics related to psychology, sociology,
philosophy and history. I love being outside in nature and going for walks or hikes.
Clinical Orientation: Primary orientation is Existential and Humanistic Therapy. Other
integrative approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Cognitive
and Behavioral Therapy (CBT); Psychodynamic Therapy; and multicultural approaches.
Clinical Interests: Trauma; grief and loss; depression and anxiety; interpersonal
and relational concerns; multicultural identity and social concerns; adjustment difficulties;
supervision and training; first generation and nontraditional students; and existential
questioning.
