I enjoy providing supervision, training and consultation. During my free time, I love
reading, hiking, running, gardening, biking, cooking/baking, walking my dog, and spending
as much time outside as possible.
Clinical Orientation: Integrative, person-centered and collaborative approach to meet
the unique needs of a client. Creating an empathic, safe, nonjudgmental, inclusive
space where clients can be their authentic selves. Typically integrating humanistic,
existential, internal family systems and psychodynamic approaches.
Clinical Interest Areas: Body image, eating disorders/disordered eating, childhood
trauma, anxiety, interpersonal and relationship concerns, OCD, perfectionism, adjustment
difficulties, identity development, value exploration and grief.
