As an avid learner, I enhance my knowledge and skills by reading, observing and practicing.
My leisure activities include listening to various genres of music, observing the
natural environment, taking nature walks, and engaging in activities that allow for
self-expression and creativity.
Clinical Orientation: Principal guiding framework is Humanistic, while also embracing
an integrative / holistic approach that fuses elements of different theories drawing
on empirical evidence from various disciplines - notably Cognitive Behavioral Therapy
(CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Existentialism, Person-Centered and
Psychodynamic perspectives, personalized to match individual needs.
